5. Cancellations & Deposits
Customers may cancel their purchase before taking delivery of the vehicle and remove themselves from the contract.
However, all deposits are non-refundable. Once a vehicle has been reserved and a deposit has been paid, the dealership makes several commercial decisions based on that agreed sale. This may include removing the vehicle from sale, declining further enquiries, preparing the vehicle for collection, carrying out administration, arranging MOT or preparation work, and purchasing similar replacement stock that may not otherwise have been bought.
When a customer cancels after agreeing to proceed, this can result in financial loss, wasted preparation costs, lost sales opportunities and an imbalance in our stock profile.
For these reasons, deposits are retained if a customer chooses not to proceed with the purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Finance
Finance is subject to status, affordability and acceptance by the relevant finance provider. Any finance quotations displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute an offer of finance.
7. Part Exchange
Part exchange valuations are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to inspection of the vehicle. Undisclosed damage, finance, mileage discrepancies or mechanical faults may affect the final valuation.
8. Vehicle Preparation & Collection
Vehicles may undergo servicing, safety inspections, MOT testing, cleaning and preparation before collection or delivery where applicable. Collection and delivery dates are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Test Drives
Anyone wishing to test drive a vehicle must hold a valid driving licence and satisfy our insurance requirements. We reserve the right to refuse a test drive at our discretion.
10. Warranties
Where applicable, warranty details will be explained before purchase. Any manufacturer’s warranty remains subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty provider.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle they purchase meets their requirements before completing the transaction. We recommend inspecting the vehicle and confirming its specification before purchase.
